Where do the classes actually happen?
On Discord. Once your payment goes through and you link your Discord account, you're added to the server and given access to the channels for the subjects you bought.
Can I buy the trial more than once?
No. The trial is four lessons at A$60 and each account can buy it once, ever. After that you move onto a term plan.
Do I have to choose subjects up front?
On a term plan, yes — we need to know before you pay so we can put you in the right groups. The trial lets you sit in on anything.
What if I don't have Discord?
It's free and takes a couple of minutes to set up. We'll walk you through linking it after you pay.
When is the AI homework marking available?
Not yet. It's the one thing on the Term + AI plan that isn't built, which is why that plan can't be bought right now. We'd rather not charge for something that doesn't work.
Can I get a refund?
Talk to us before the term starts and we'll sort it out. Once lessons have run we handle it case by case.
